Spinetail Media Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘SMPL’) built the Domino Roulette application as an ad-supported app. This Service is provided by Spinetail Media Pvt. Ltd. at no cost, except for in-app purchases and ad monetization (the data collection of which is not governed or controlled by SMPL) and is intended for use as is. SMPL does not collect any personally identifiable user data, for a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, to our partners. The information that we request will be retained by our third-party partners and used as described in this privacy policy. SMPL by itself does not collect any personal data but only uses metadata/analytical data and revenue data as provided by Game Analytics, Google Play Console, and Unity Analytics to improve its application, which does not include any personally identifiable data. SMPL has no personally identifiable data.

The Third-Party partners of SMPL collect data, which includes personal data. Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual. Different pieces of information, which are collected together can lead to the identification of a particular person, and also constitute personal data. Personal data that has been de-identified, encrypted, or pseudonymized but can be used to re-identify a person remains personal data and falls within the scope of the law and is covered under this privacy policy.

The use of our application also extends as consent to the privacy policy of the third-party partners of SMLP, the link to their privacy policies is also referred to hereinafter.

Unity collects the following data:

Device Information: including various unique identifiers, such as IDFA, Android Ad ID, IDFV, and MAC address, when, for example:
- You access games provided by Developers that are developed with Unity Software;
- You access games in which the Developer employs Unity Analytics or deltaDNA to understand the use of their games and improve the player experience
- You access games in which the Developer employs Unity Analytics or deltaDNA to understand the use of their games and improve the player experience
- You receive ads delivered by Unity Ads or mediated by Unity Mediation;
- You access games provided by Developers that offer Unity’s game replay Service; and
Location information: Unity’s systems (like most used on the web) automatically collect an IP address when Users access the Service. IP addresses can be used to learn about the general location (e.g. city, state, and country) of the User’s point of access to the web.
- Gameplay activity and actions: When you play a game that uses Unity Analytics, deltaDNA, or other Unity Game Services, certain game activities such as play session information and monetization events are collected. Session information and monetization events may also be collected if certain features of Unity Ads are enabled.

2. Facebook / Meta Services
If Meta/Facebook analytics or other Meta services are integrated into Domino Roulette, Meta may process information in accordance with its applicable privacy policies.

Users should refer to Meta’s privacy resources for information regarding available privacy controls and data deletion requests.

If Meta/Facebook services are not currently integrated into the published version of Domino Roulette, this section does not apply.

3. Adjust
Adjust may process information for mobile measurement, attribution, analytics, fraud prevention, and related purposes, depending on the configuration of the application.

Adjust also provides configurable data-retention and consent-expiry mechanisms for app developers.

4. Google Play Services and Google Advertising Services
Google Play and Google’s advertising services, including Google AdMob where used, may process information such as device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, advertising interactions, diagnostics, and other information depending on the applicable service and user settings.

Where information cannot be deleted immediately for such reasons, SMPL will retain it only for the period required or permitted by applicable law.

If Domino Roulette does not provide user account creation, this process concerns data associated with the application and its third-party services rather than deletion of a user account.

V. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY:
